Although our room wasn't right on the lakeside, the view from the balcony was lovely. the bathroom was clean, and the staff provided decent service. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was tasty with fresh orange juice. the pool was great, and fresh water was available but with reduced use of plastic packaging. this hotel had a lot of facilities and room advantages.
There was no porter available to help with our luggage.

We had a wonderful city trip experience at this hotel. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a great selection of high-quality food. The location is perfect, as it's within walking distance of the lake and local attractions. the staff were friendly and informative, offering great advice on local restaurants and activities. The room was also very comfortable and modern, providing a relaxing environment.
That there was no kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room, which would have been more convenient. However, the lobby offers coffee for purchase and tea can be found for free in the spa area.

The breakfast offered a good selection of food, and the staff were helpful with advice on local restaurants and attractions. the hotel's proximity to the lake and the surrounding wildflower meadows made for a beautiful location. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the balconies afforded impressive views of the mountains.
The lack of a kettle and coffee/tea in the room was inconvenient. the outdoor pool was not heated, making it too cold to enjoy during the cooler months.
